Our Oakland was at the bustling Sobrante Park Time Banking Health Fair last Saturday! We were there asking residents to tell us why they like East Oakland or what they'd like to change about East Oakland. We had everyone write down what they had to say on a big sheet of paper and pose with their statement in front of the camera. Here are some shots from our sunny Saturday at the fair.
We'll be doing the same thing this Saturday April 24th at the 2nd Annual Love Yo Momma C.B.E. Earth Day Celebration! It's being held at Acorn Woodland/EnCompass Academy at 1025 81st Avenue. Come on down and bring your story, or just drop by and say hi!
