About Me

The East Oakland Youth Development Center (EOYDC) is a community-based 501(c)(3) community based nonprofit agency, dedicated to developing youth and young adults into healthy, self-supporting and aware adults. To achieve this goal we provide support in three basic areas, 1.) Project JOY (Job Developement for Youth , tutorial support, GED preparation, computer training, college preparation), 2.) Art - Visual (painting,ceramics,photography, and performing art (music, dance, and cooking) classes and workshops year round) 3.) Physical Development - Girls/Boys Basketball, Track, Martial Arts, and Weight Training.
